This deliverable, Deliverable 2.8 “Evaluation methodology report, version 1” submitted by end of July'13, has the goal of providing methodological guidelines for the development and evaluation that will take place in the PHENICX project. At month 31 of the project, this deliverable will be followed by Deliverable 2.16 “Evaluation methodology report, final version”, which will go beyond the initial guidelines laid out in this document to give the details of the evaluation methodology.
